On a friend's recommendations we went to test this restaurant. A treat for taste buds, eyes and scholarship. A very local sober card with fresh and subtly associated ingredients. An impeccable service in a quiet and relaxing environment near the river. A passionate leader who willingly exchanges on his job. In short, a very pleasant gastronomic moment.

The restaurant is ideally placed above the river and overlooking the small historic town of Saillans. For nine months of the year you can enjoy lunch on the platformed terrace.The service is friendly and efficient, and chef Patrick's plat du jour is excellent value at 8,50 euros. There is a reasonable choice of alternative dishes.

We have also eaten here in previous years & have enjoyed our meals on all occasions. The quality of the food is good using fresh ingredients but a little let down by presentation.
