Lovely bar/restaurant in typical French village where I bought a house 16 years ago. Previously the restaurant appeared very run down but since Cedric and his staff have been there, the standards have been elevated to a very high standard and I have enjoyed coffee mornings and lunches there on many occasions. Whatever I have eaten or drunk there has been delicious and well-presented. Cedric and his staff are always laughing and this helps create a superb atmosphere with both locals and visitors. In good weather I recommend dining outside under the large parasols. A superb restaurant that I recommend and will certainly visit many more times. See you there?
We thought we would try the 13 euros set lunch just for the experience and without much expectation. We were pleasantly surprised. It was good and at an amazing price too. We skipped the soup as the weather was too hot but had the starter, main course of sirloin steak, choice of three sweets, followed by coffee, oh and yes a quarter litre of house wine was included in the 13 euros! The service was efficient and the surroundings pleasant. We had lunch on another day and the pork steak with green beans was equally good. On both occasions it was obvious the place was popular with the locals and with good reason!

Bravo.Le pain très bon.Le patron dynamique est au petit soin et les serveuses magnifiques.Avec le petit soleil sur la terrasse, il est difficile de repartir.
Disappointed by the whole meal. The waitress has a dessert with the coffee... my pie, the hard paste. The waitress cleaned up. The broom under our table. I'm not coming back. And more... Don't leave when it's cold...
What to say outside of a GREAT thanks to this dynamic team that welcomed us with rare efficiency. An excellent meal at a price more than correct, a attention to all guests, nothing else to say Bravo!
A menu has 14.5 € , yesterday's soup, buckwheat cake, marinated rumsteck brochettes, dessert, coffee and wine and very copied. Right next to the camper. Perfect. Thanks to both waitress, too.
Making me regularly to Cahors is a pleasure that from lunch to Round Point, full menu to 13, 50 always well cooked, and served with a smile. Congratulations to the whole team and soon.
La Rond Point is a must visit when staying anywhere near Cahors. Situated a short drive away in Lamagdaleine, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and the food is superb.
Nice crew. Very good value for money in a nice setting badly the roadside.
