We stopped at this restaurant for lunch on a sunny Thursday afternoon during our bike ride along the lake. It was a little before 2 pm, but we were kindly welcomed, and a waterfront table was prepared for us. We are not sure, but we got the impression that the restaurant/hotel was run by a father, mother, and daughter. All three are equally friendly and attentive. As a starter, I had Twelve Escargots in Persillade, and my partner enjoyed homemade Duck Foie Gras cooked in natural and its Red Wine jelly. The Sea bass fillet and its Nantes butter were buttery soft and great on flavor. In short, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch in a lovely spot on the lake.
