The chic town of Saint-Mandé has many quality breweries and restaurants, the Fraternité is one of the best located, in the Place de la Mairie, in the green setting on the edge of the Bois de Vincennes. The coffee is excellent and the dishes are pretty good. The big plus is the atmosphere, cozy, relaxed and pleasant. We're having a good time.
