If we have been so faithful all week, it is quite simply because the cuisine is impeccable (fresh, local products) and therefore the dishes and desserts are excellent! Very nice beer list too.... The service team is very pleasant and welcoming, attentive to Customers. The only downside (but rather annoying), after having spent more than €1000 during the week including more than €300 on the last evening of the week, not the slightest commercial gesture from Sainbioz...... Bravo to Loïc and his team. 4 years after our first review we are also fans of the Sainbioz who has been able to enrich and diversify its culinary offering while highlighting local products and introducing dishes worthy of great chefs. Great restaurant. So good that we came twice during our ski stay. Service and friendly staff and small care. Everything was very good. I recommend without hesitation. superb moment in the restaurant. We went to eat a fondue on Saturday night. very nice reception, warm, family and professional. We had a good time. fast and qualitative service. special mention for excellent home desserts. Thanks to stone yves for tonight and soon!
