Great discovery!! The new owners (a few months old) are charming and attentive. The sauerkraut was perfect. Dessert, an original and delicious frozen absinthe soufflé. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, the bread and pastries fresh and crispy as we like them. Hand-squeezed orange juice. Homemade jams etc... The decor is superb throughout the establishment. The room is large, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend! Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Food drinks: The chef is inventive and the frozen absinthe soufflé was a treat.
Gentillesse et simplicité de l'accueil . Terrasse agréable et au calme , service fluide et agréable. Repas excellent : le carpaccio melon /saumon/mozarella est à tomber (dixit mon mari . le bar sur rhubarbe est un vrai délice ! Cuisson parfaite...et je suis pénible ! Les accompagnements sont frais et l'assiette copieuse. La farandole des desserts est excellente avec mention pour la panacotta cerise dont la texture est top (je ne suis pas fan et j'ai adoré ! et pour la crème brûlée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Very nice people, listen to us, the rooms are clean with a good bedding, there is everything o croissant breakfast, jam, orange juice delicious ham county... chef cuisine with fresh, delicious products, bravo to your apprentice, thank you again for this stay we will come back
Charming very clean establishment the spacious rooms beautiful setting. The kitchen is excellent thanks to fresh products. The salmon was cooked to really point an address to be recommended. Managers are very friendly and welcoming

A very quiet hotel. For the restoration everything was very good with a lot of homemade fact, the only negative point for my part is the quantity in the plates
