Le Saint Augustin - Tisch reservieren

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant un jeudi soir, il y avait deux tables occupées. La patronne nous a accueilli avec courtoisie, sans plus. J'avais envie de revivre l'expérience gustative du poulet de Bresse que j'apprécie particulièrement pour sont fondant et le juteux de sa chaire.Nous commandons 2 poulets de Brese aux morilles. La responsable informe qu'il va falloir "3 gros quarts d'heure" pour la cuisson. Pas de soucis c'est normal... La première surprise vient des amuses-bouches servis pour patienter : quelques dés de fromages dans une assiettes et une poignées de cacahuètes, on aurait pu s'attendre à mieux... Gentillesse et simplicité de l'accueil . Terrasse agréable et au calme , service fluide et agréable. Repas excellent : le carpaccio melon /saumon/mozarella est à tomber (dixit mon mari . le bar sur rhubarbe est un vrai délice ! Cuisson parfaite...et je suis pénible ! Les accompagnements sont frais et l'assiette copieuse. La farandole des desserts est excellente avec mention pour la panacotta cerise dont la texture est top (je ne suis pas fan et j'ai adoré ! et pour la crème brûlée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very nice people, listen to us, the rooms are clean with a good bedding, there is everything o croissant breakfast, jam, orange juice delicious ham county... chef cuisine with fresh, delicious products, bravo to your apprentice, thank you again for this stay we will come back

a stay of a remarkable night. the hotel is beautiful, dinner and breakfast were excellent and the reception of high quality: the lady is really at the small attention to make the stay perfect! parking is easy and holy love is very pretty.

Charming very clean establishment the spacious rooms beautiful setting. The kitchen is excellent thanks to fresh products. The salmon was cooked to really point an address to be recommended. Managers are very friendly and welcoming

A very quiet hotel. For the restoration everything was very good with a lot of homemade fact, the only negative point for my part is the quantity in the plates
