Belle découverte. L'accueil est chaleureux. Comme le restaurant contient peu de tables, il est préférable de réserver à l'avance. En semaine le midi, on fait entièrement confiance au chef, avec un menu unique de trois plats. Mais quel menu ! Tout est parfaitement équilibré et cohérent, de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Les saveurs sont subtiles. C'est fin, délicat et raffiné. Les produits de base sont de grande qualité. Concernant les vins, nous avons choisi un vin de Loire, et un chardonnet savagnin. Cela s'accordait à merveille avec les différents plats. Une belle expérience à renouveler !

Accueil souriant et chaleureux du personnel. Le cadre est vraiment sympa. Et pour ce qui est des assiettes, c'est un plaisir autant gustatif que visuel ! Le top ! Excellent restaurant, certainement un des meilleurs de Besançon avec une cuisine pleine de saveurs. Les alliances de produits sont originales et surprenantes mais pourtant extrêmement réussies.
