Fine and refined cuisine with marked and expressive flavours. The service is pleasant. The frame is in agreement with the kitchen. The card is renewed several times per season. The wine menu is sufficiently provided, and offers a formula accompanying your meal, from the mouth to the mignardises, for 25€. The house also offers picnic baskets that give water to the mouth as well as menus. You can also enjoy the flavours at home, going to the fine grocery associated with the restaurant (lower on the same street). On the budget, count a menu at 30€ (no) and 50€ (except drinks). Think about booking. I highly recommend.
Belle découverte. L'accueil est chaleureux. Comme le restaurant contient peu de tables, il est préférable de réserver à l'avance. En semaine le midi, on fait entièrement confiance au chef, avec un menu unique de trois plats. Mais quel menu ! Tout est parfaitement équilibré et cohérent, de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Les saveurs sont subtiles. C'est fin, délicat et raffiné. Les produits de base sont de grande qualité. Concernant les vins, nous avons choisi un vin de Loire, et un chardonnet savagnin. Cela s'accordait à merveille avec les différents plats. Une belle expérience à renouveler !
Accueil souriant et chaleureux du personnel. Le cadre est vraiment sympa. Et pour ce qui est des assiettes, c'est un plaisir autant gustatif que visuel ! Le top ! C'était une première pour nous et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous avons choisi de prendre le vin au verre en fonction des plats choisis et franchement c'était parfait ! Excellent restaurant, certainement un des meilleurs de Besançon avec une cuisine pleine de saveurs. Les alliances de produits sont originales et surprenantes mais pourtant extrêmement réussies.
