Drove to Dinard to find the Novotel Thalassa for a future meal and stumbled across this gem. Menu du Jour was €14.50 and the food was terrific. Starter chose Tomato tart with herbs and side salad. Main chose Beef with pepper sauce, saute potatoes, superb baked apple and white cabbage. Desert chose Crumble with caramel drizzle. 250ml red wine was €5 but I made a mistake and ordered two 120ml glasses of cote de rhone at €3.40 each. Dummy. Great food and nice staff. Again will return in September with friends.
We ordered the gallette complete and really struggled to eat it all as it was so large and full of ham, cheese, mushrooms, onions and an egg! We had ordered a plate of frites, which we really did not need, but they were equally delicious. Very friendly staff who could not do enough for us.

Must go to restaurant in Dinard. Chose croquante de chevre for starter, Joues de porc forestiere for main, both excellent.
We never ate so good Breton cakes, authentic and well grilled they were perfect. Quick service, and benevolent servers.
