And to regain the excitement of taste buds and the softness of a team with small care that has found the balance between discretion and warm service. Each service reserves an explosion of flavors whose finesse makes it possible to regain the primary taste of the raw material, sublimated by bold associations and yet insolately relevant. Cooking is mastered and respect for food is a feast for the palace. Which forces any deference to the leader I congratulate and especially thanks for all these emotions. Good kitchen but nothing exceptional, no WOW in the mouth. The restaurant deserves a good renovation to modernize it. The mood music is not useful. Very good service, however a little too familiar and no correlation between servers (4 servers that pass asking if we wanted bread while we had already said no to the first). Service too long, 3h30 at table! We had a good time and enjoyed our plates.
Not for all scholarships but really a great time. Just one of the best restaurants in the region. Wonderful frame with view of the Holy Victoire. For service and food, at the Top. We understand why the Michelin star. The wine map is gigantic and extremely well provided.
