L'esprit Blanc est Un plus à l'heure où de plus en plus la qualité de la gastronomie française déçoit dans beaucoup d'établissements. Ici les produits sont frais et ne manque pas de saveur. On sent que l'on a affaire à des professionnels de la cuisine qui respectent le produit et les traditions. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Seul bémol, l'assiette de fromages. On annonce fromages de nos régions. En effet, du bleu, du camenbert, du saint nectaire et du Saint Marcellin. Quand on se trouve à Mâcon entre Bourgogne et Beaujolais on s'attend à un autre choix tant ces régions regorgent de fromages de chèvre et de vache aux noms éloquents. Le terroir si cher à Georges Blanc mérite mieux. Allez je ne...
Practically 100 euros to two for this: 1 terrine with pistachio, very good 1 salad composed, very consisting of 2 quenelles of pike sauce lobster, with rice, very good also 2 excellent tiramisu 1 pichet 50 cl of Beaujolais, pleasant 2 coffees The kitchen is more than correct, you can't say it's a bad bistro, even if you buy the GB signature... Good child service, even a little familiar. Deco bistrot without great imagination. Curiously, for a Friday night very few people in the establishment... would the place be it bushed?
Quality price ratio very well. We were able to have lunch without booking a Sunday noon knowing that we couldn't find an open restaurant on Sunday 20 minutes from St Laurent on Saône. Very nice service and without too much waiting despite the absenteeism of two servers. I recommend and we will return without hesitation.
From crossing to Mâcon, we spent an excellent time in a pleasant, quiet, terrace with view of the Saône. We were received by a staff with special mention for Director Eric Martin who combines professionalism and humor. The kitchen is at the same level, we'll be back soon. Our dog also thanks you. We had a nice time to share. The nice waiters, the divine meal and a very nice night view on the Saône. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation. We add a real strong point for this welcoming server with whom we exchanged on the history of this restaurant.

Accueil agréable malgré l'heure tardive, nous avons adoré les plats proposés. J'ai notamment mangé sans doute l'une des meilleures andouillettes de ma vie. Un délice. tous les plats étaient bons, et service très bien également.
très bon accueil , et repas. très bon conseil sur la vin "marange " et " moulin a vent " par un service avec grande qualite. la recommande pour venir dans ce restaurant sans ésitation . nou conseille en allemagne .
