Le Saint-Yves - Tisch resevieren

Restaurant in a small village at high altitude, rustic and informal. The staff speaks Italian so we had no problems understanding each other. They have both set and à la carte menus and the dishes are all good and very plentiful. The dishes had quite strong flavors but were all homemade, from the foie gras , to the tortelli, up to the wild boar stew (with a wild flavour). Unfortunately, being Italian, I wasn 't able to fully appreciate their cuisine as I 'm not used to it, but it 's definitely a restaurant worth trying for anyone who stops after a trip to the mountains or wants to taste real French cuisine.

Le menu à 28 € vous propose 2 entrées plat principal dessert. Les plats proposés sont relativement simples, mais le rapport qualité-prix est excellent d'autant plus que les quantités sont généreuses. Un vrai repas de montagnards.

Nice view. Family kitchen. take false net not from cold plate sauce so that meat cools quickly. no mustard or mayonnaise of offer or water carafe (unlike the table of a ct otherwise the internals are very good

J'y viens depuis longtemps. La formule est la toujours la même : plusieurs entrées, etc. Les prix et le service sont tout à fait corrects sauf peut-être le prix du spritz... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

As good as ever, the homemade pie is killer and the tarts are succulent, whether lemon meringue, blueberry or raspberry. A magical place out of time.
