A wonderful warm restaurant, the surprise of the dishes is just as exceptional as the seasons. A large selection of wine available from the region. Servers are perfect, they tell us about the origins of all products. They only use local products. We also have the right to a magnificent view in height on the region. I highly recommend you to have a pleasant time or stay in this place.
No superlative is strong enough to say the magic of the moment spent yesterday noon at the Saltimbanque except ... Very nice setting, kitchen like the chef, whole but full of subtlety. We love the establishment's commitment to consumption and the local economy. We love the originality of the kitchen and the small onion room team. No false note for this culinary experience with blind, you can make your eyes closed. Bravo!
