what a fantastic experience to visit and dive in le savel. we were not in the hotel (even if we could in the future) but only visited the restaurant in the evening. the food/wine was excellent, the charming owners who were the tables excellent, and the place was so charming and really an experience that we will remember. if they are ever in the opposite, they do not cheat on the experience!
an anniversary of ardéchoise life celebrated at the refined table of the hotel savel as tasty as the reception and service that have been reserved for us. very interesting to feel a just harmony between the place, the table and what our guests let us perceive from their person. a moment of quality and perfect elegance.
