It's been a while since I've been to the Select when I come to Bastia. Well, I will return there with great pleasure. Everything was perfect ! From the welcome with a smile, to the impeccable service and above all the excellent meal! In the photo, it's the Hot Duck with foie gras: Brioche bread with cooked apples, duck breast and foie gras sauce! Mamamia The desserts are also terrible! In short, I highly recommend it and for my part, I am going back next week!

Very friendly Valentine's Day with kneading muscat a choice of mouth between the walnuts of St James with gambas or duck coffee or verbena all for 40 euros.
