I was so excited to finally dine here but I have to say that I was quite disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the staff was great, but the food was mediocre at best and overhyped. I love the juices and flavor that can come from a shrimp head. That's why I wanted to dine here in the first place. The broth needed more salt, some heat and fat to give it more flavor. The quality of the food was disappointing. My dish arrived cold, and the pale noodles were all clumped together. The crispy chicken seemed to be cooked in old oil. There was nothing appealing about the meal, and when I asked if they could at least toss the chicken and noodles in some sauce, they declined. I certainly wouldn't want to return. The ordering system was also quite confusing, and we received no explanation, leaving us to figure it out on our own.
