Rapport expérience/qualité/prix intéressant pour qui veut manger des soufflés.Dans une salle un peu impersonnelle, une carte courte mais bien construite autour des soufflés.Ils sont maîtrisés, pas mauvaise surprise.Surement un peu trop de farine dans la sauce Henri IV et de sucre dans le soufflé citron.A saluer des vins à prix cohérents.
Très bon endroit pour dîner d excellent souffle et variété de choix de même q en dessert tous excellent les un et les autres je viens deux fois dans l année jamais déçu personnel au petit soin et tarif convenable je recommande vivement il mérite
