The staff was very stressed and barely had time to take our order. first course ok but then we waited what seemed to us to be eternity while the staff completely ignored us. at the next table, which ordered after us, they took the main dish and ate it. Then they took the dessert and handled it. They had something to drink - and then our food came. sea pasta/fruits were correct but meat was barely eatable. almost raw and vegetables too cooked. I had to wait a good time for a server to pick the plates and offer a dessert. stanley is my favorite restaurant in the south of france. I've been eating here for seven years. food is amazing, the place where the restaurant is charming and full of atmosphere, music and locals. servers are friendly and efficient. I would recommend the menus and ravioli with crab sauce, the fish trio or the fish pan and the shotamisu sprinkled with a wine pichet. the frame next to a light-dashed olive tree and the magical atmosphere, the incredibly delicious food and reasonable prices make it a must for chin!
I went to this place for dinner yesterday. There was a tin that was really good, the vegetables we had had had had no good taste. Even with free admission, it didn't taste fresh. the hotel master was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, should not work in a service work. However, some staff members seemed more kind, so I think the stanley experience depends on the server you get. I would not recommend this place however, you can get happy servers and good food to other places.
My girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at stanley. We both had the menu of the day that consisted of niçoise salad, grilled bar and gamba plus a dessert. We also ordered half a litre of wine from the house, which was quite satisfactory. service was fast and each dish was delicious. We were even given a small selection of free entries. the day was a little fresh, so we enjoyed the radiators in the outdoor dining room.

in a chin area, ideally located close to a large parking lot, you will find a paved area full of cafes-bars and restaurants. We went to stanley to book our table before heading to a coffee for a quick beer. upon our return, the outer table requested, under the radiators, was placed with a reserved sign. The staff was attentive, with two guys who were taking care of us all night. food was mainly seafood and a good variety.
This is the only place we ate twice during our chin visit, we went to look for the three-course menu and spyed the steaks on the next table, so we ordered this, we were not disappointed, later on during our holidays, we came back and have the fixed menu good food and good value for money, the servers also speak a little English so very helpful, I would recommend it.
our server was friendly and the service was efficient. our inlet salads were good and fresh, and the lobster pasta was good, even if there was a lot of sand in it. our boys had custom dishes according to their requests. Overall, it was a good experience, but the menu was not so exciting that we would have wanted to go back.
My wife and I dine at the stanley located on a small square in the chin city center. the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is nice and we have had a good time. My wife took a steak and I had fish - both were excellent. for dessert, I recommend the tiramisu that was delicious.

Last night at chin and it was our choice. meal accompanied by a mistschetta offered and completed by a small lemon sorbet. We shared a salad and arabitata spaghetti, both well presented and tasty with the right amount of heat in the sauce. good value quality price.
