The restaurant is part of what is currently growing in almost all French cities, a fast food that combines Burger, Kebab, Tacos, Panini, roasted chicken, and sometimes even Pizza. Also dishes with grille preparations with their accompaniment. Prices are rather low, ... on the other hand, calories is rather up. It's sure to be fed, but you have to select your choice or negotiate your plate composition to approach a small food balance. The place is clean, well arranged, and close to the beach of Le Havre.
Maximum note as a boost from a regular for this nice little restaurant, so yes it's not dietary cuisine but I don't think we're going to take a green salad; Not much choice, very honest prices and good value for money. A large dining room, if necessary. The cook is super nice, which doesn't ruin anything. Possibility of spending very late (1h15 in the morning on a rainy Sunday evening in January and leaving with a tacos, it's nice: If you're looking for a good fast food, go to the Surcouf!
The kebab was good in itself but you should not be pressed to have it, two people before me and half an hour to be served it is a bit long.. And the friendly level we've seen better.

I tested the roast chicken sandwich... gluante meat and bones in the meat... I wouldn't say more.
