The menu goes without worry to the old owner whose reputation is no longer to be made. Both bosses are basically nice, welcoming and listening to their clients. Nothing to say wrong, but good. When it's beautiful, you better book the terrace in advance, otherwise there's a little waiting. Prices are great content and you spend a good time there especially after a good walk in the Chevreuse valley. Whether on foot, bike, skateboard, elephant, saucer, motorcycle, flying carpet or helicopter.
We went to the City Hall to the tobacco shop for the photo fair. if a special menu had been planned ( dessert flat entry for 22 euros), the number of servers had not been anticipated at all. We took a fake net, a beer and a glass of white wine: 35 euros. The servers were very nice but completely outdated, the waiting was very long, including for us to be given a map. The meat was good if the fat and nerves were removed. The fries were barely cooked.
This noon, October 6, we had the pleasure of being on the terrace, in the sun and in the center of Chevreuse. So yes, there is traffic but the terrace, very pleasant, protects us. We came to eat fried sausages at 7,50 €, my husband took a fried bath to 11,90 € tender and perfectly to point. What more? The service may not be very professional but courteous and smiling. We had a nice time.
We came to 2 friends. Take a good salad that was pretty good. Don't expect great kitchen but for price and quality, it's perfect. So very good quality ratio price except maybe for desserts a little expensive to my taste. On the terrace when it's beautiful it's nice! The surroundings of the Chevreuse are super nice! I was in March eating a couscous that was good. Indeed they make the couscou one Friday on 2 until the end of April I think. my colleague had taken other things that looked delicious and good value for money

Deplorable service. No organization. Little hygiene. This is a bad experience. This place is not in line with the beauty of this small town.
