Nice address not far from Saint Guillem of the desert. The kitchen is worked even if sometimes there are small imbalances in seasonings. The only possible choice at the menu level is either the surprise menu in 4 service or in 6 abuses. Little remark on chairs that are not very comfortable.
It's good, but it's not a taste explosion in the mouth either.Many a little generosity in the dish, putting a little more on the plate would be a plus. It's still expensive for what you're being served.
