Pour le dépôt de vos colis, FUYEZ. Son terminal de scan ne fonctionnant pas soi-disant, le patron a collé une étiquette non référencée par amazon. J’ai dû appeler le service client pour que le lien soit fait entre cette étiquette et mon colis retour. Le conseiller recommande de refuser cette pratique, de ne pas laisser le colis et de demander à amazon l’édition d’un nouveau code. L’autre solution serait de trouver un autre point relais, vu l’amabilité en plus.
