C’est vrai que le Poussin rouge n’était pas notre adresse préférée a priori car on se méfie des cartes où il y a un peu de tout, mais quand on arrive le dimanche à 13h à Trentemoult, il ne faut pas faire le difficile pour choisir un restaurant. N’étant pas intéressé par la terrasse qui était complète de toute façon, on a trouvé une table dans la salle du Poussin rouge. Finalement on n’a pas été déçus. Une brasserie avec sa décoration typique, son personnel nombreux et bouillonnant, sympathique et souriant qui plus est (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas . On a testé la petite planche retour de pêche à 20€ dont la composition est variée et originale (gyozas, saumon gravelax, rillettes de thon,...
We discovered this charming restaurant last night. the establishment is beautiful, the decoration is very good taste, with these pretty frames and statues we were on the floor). and the kitchen. excellent !!!! we had taken for the apéro to share the tray the return of the hunt where we enjoyed everything. my spouse took the very hearty lamb sauce and I am the ox and this excellent pepper sauces. Copious dishes, which we had more room for dessert. to come back with the totally empty belly to be able to eat everything
