Le Val d'Amby - Tisch resevieren

Il faut saluer la qualité de cette cuisine impeccable exécutée selon la plus belle tradition. Et ce mot ne signifie certainement pas passéisme. C 'est savoureux, subtil, léger. La compoté d 'oignon rouge donne du peps à un pâté croûte de grande facture, le tartare de saumon (qu 'on a connu ailleurs fadasse est ici parfaitement réussi, la sauce des filets de canettes est remarquable (et le fenouil qui les accompagne est un exploit : le chef réussit à le rendre délicieux ! . Et la souris de gigot cuite 12 heures est fondante à souhait. Tout ça se termine en fanfare avec un soufflé à tomber. Bref, comme diraient certains, Vaut le détour .

I stayed 1 night here. The hotel part is ok. Nothing transcendent in the rooms. Sound insulation (especially on the exterior) is really limited. The view of the chimneys of the nuclear power plant is also.....surprising. In the end it's clean, maybe a little outdated. I didn't try the breakfast. On the other hand, the restaurant is really really good. Great dinner with very, very well cooked dishes. Honestly great restaurant. Food drinks: Great restaurant. Dishes cooked to perfection. I loved it

Yes on the occasion of a business visit we have lunch in this beautiful building on the small square of the village center. A rather pro welcome, young waiters looking for their place in the restaurant but it's normal there to learn. our choice menus of very good days with a nice presentation in a beautiful dishes, a pity that the service a little fast we had time ... but that's how it ... we will certainly come back

Nous avons diné dans ce restaurant au hasard d'une recherche de dernière minute d'un point de chute et quelle belle surprise! une table de grande qualité avec un chef qui après un parcours extraordinaire chez les plus grands a son propre établissement.Le cadre reste simple mais très confortable, le service attentionné mais pas guindé, et surtout les assiettes sont belles et excellentes.
