The hotel is not at the height that it wants to be given, from a point of view of the restaurant and staff. The prices are high and we would expect an irreproachable service, which is not always the case.We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant 2 evenings and 2 breakfasts.On the first night we had taken the formula at 25€ (flat dessert) the entrance and the dishes were very good, the impeccable cooking. We think it's a little expensive, but the quality is there, so it's okay. In dessert we took 2 ripe crumbles...and then what disappointment! while the restaurant gives itself a gastro look, we had ripe defrosted floats... insipids. We found this place by chance when heading for a walk around Lac Langemer, and finding it referred to in the Michelin Guide Rouge. It was significantly better than its description. The food was creative, different, interesting and a taste treat, as well as understanding that we eat with our eyes . My entree was very special ... an egg, garlic, snails combo served in a glass dome that cooks at the table in lit spirits. Beyond being dramatic, it was a wonderful blend of tastes. We came to make a bubble night and we were disappointed. No light to reach the bubble, no shower near the place required to cross the complex to go to the shower that was not very clean. For the resto part, we had booked at the same time a table of two covers. When we arrived the hostess said that we were not obliged to take the meal on the spot. we felt too much and went to eat elsewhere. Too bad because we had come to eat 18 years ago and it was a great place. We're not coming back.

It's pretty, very wide with several bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, a bowl but for people who love animals, the decoration is not the nicest. There are furs and animal heads hanging by everything. There's the internet, a big TV, and good heating
Simple local food, very well cooked at a fair price. There was no choice of menu when we ate there, just the set meal. All course were v nice.
