We had dinner here 3 times during our stay at the hotel and each dining experience was fantastic. The dining room was beautiful and spacious. In good weather there is a lovely terrace for outside dining. There was a great selection of cocktails, wine and...other beverages. The menu and al la carte choices were excellent. All the food was very fresh, of the best quality, perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. Portions were pleasantly large. Our stay at the Vallon de Valrugues hotel and spa was top notch on all levels. We started by having a snack in the small lounge. In our room, we expect small macaroons, coffee and bottle of water available. Mini bar with reasonable prices. We put on our bathrobes and slippers to go down to the spa, hammam, sauna and swimming pools while drinking a little tea in the deckchairs available. Nous avons mangé en soirée dans ce restaurant ,sur une terrasse magnifique.Nous avons assisté au ballet des serveurs qui etaient tous aux petits soins .Nous avons pris le menu Valrugues en 6 plats .Tout était excellent,Et les quantités étaient très équilibrés pour qu'on arrive au bout du repas sans problème .On a adoré.L'étoile n'est pas loin.C'était un moment magique.À recommander!

We stayed in one of the hotel's villas, it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful: it was very good. Rooms: Every room has a kettle, mini fridge... Besides the incredibly delicious food, the service was impeccable. The waiter definitely helped us with our selections and we were not disappointed. We had many fabulous meals in France but this was the best, by far! We still talk about it months later.

This restaurant is excellent, it should have a Michelin Star, the food was delicious and the service was perfect. Top class.
The dishes are pieces of art and the service is outstanding. Great food and wines. Highly recommended.
