I had the pleasure of having lunch at Vertigo, the superb rooftop with swimming pool at the Pullman Hotel in Montpellier, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The quality of food is simply incredible. Each dish was cleverly prepared, with flavors that dance on the palate. New map, new decor, new staff: New rooftop in the heart of Montpellier! Undoubtedly one of the best addresses on Montpellier with animations and a full bar. The new card is fabulous, we're happy to discover new flavour, without a fabulous rooftop with impeccable and professional service. Rooftop Hotel Pullman de Montpellier Polygone. A beautiful setting for lunch or dinner but a cold reception and dishes that have nothing exceptional for the high price for the proposed kitchen. Suitable for business trips but if you’re looking for a top restaurant for a romantic evening, I think it’s not super suitable.
The Pullman rooftop is nice. No transats. So not very practical when you get out of the pool, it itself a little small. The service is irregular. A little dilettante. Not quite like the hotel and especially the staff at the reception that is top. Taking breakfast is a happiness!

Impeccable welcome, very friendly waiter and waitress. The setting is magnificent. The food was very good but the rice had absolutely no taste or sauce. But other than that the meal and wine were very good.
A very nice renovation, the frame is now at the level of expected quality. A very good quality ratio at the level of the plate and a team at the top. Thank you we had a very good time.
Very beautiful restaurant with a magnificent terrace, the cuisine is varied and the prices are affordable, the servers are welcoming, special mention for Benjamin.
