Le Vietnam has a wall of accolades for a reason the Banh Mi here are dangerously good and the service is amazing! It is really refreshing seeing a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options that are not simply an afterthought but a genuine array of appealing combinations! The staff are incredibly passionate and helpful with navigating the menu and making recommendations. Lunch time rush here can have an intimidating queue, but the line moves very fast, so don't be put off! Prices are ridiculously reasonable for the quality and portion size. Very keen to support and visit again to try more of the menu!
We discovered this hidden gem while staying at a nearby hotel and it was definitely a pleasant surprise. Upon entering, we were greeted by a cheerful man behind the counter who provided an extensive selection of Vietnamese dishes along with recommendations for their popular items. We ended up choosing the chicken salad (I believe it was hoisin chicken) which was refreshing, light, and ideal for a warm day. The prices were quite fair given the portion sizes and the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend supporting this establishment if you are in the area and unsure of what to eat!
I am so impressed by this fantastic Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of the city. The banh mi was incredibly crispy, flavorful, and delicious - perfect for a quick bite while exploring the city. The owner was very welcoming and helpful in assisting us with our menu selection. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and the overall atmosphere was modern and inviting, despite being housed in a historical building. I will definitely be returning again!
I highly recommend this restaurant for vegans! I ordered a Bao bun, coconut iced coffee, and El Veganito. The bun was soft and fluffy, with a flavorful filling. The iced coffee was delicious and came in a convenient to-go cup. The banh mi was amazing. The mushroom "beef" was tender and had a tasty BBQ flavor. I have had their vegan beef bánh mì multiple times, and it is just so delicious! I could literally eat it every day. It is also heartwarming to know that behind the business there are really nice people who care about their customers. These little things like this message they included in my last order matter the most when it comes to hospitality. Not only the food is amazing, but the staff too. :
came for a Vietnamese roll. for the spicy tofu. good filling with a lot of coriander I really like. I would not say that the tofu was spicy, but the chili added it there was a kick. overall nice, but could do with more sauce. it was something on the dry side. cost for the tofu and at least for meat options that is a bit for a banh mi of my opinion.
their mushroom-based mock meats are full of taste, I'm usually not a fan of mock meat, but their are really beautiful and natural. best lunch in the city, by far, healthy and nice vegan options.
