Nous étions venus il y a 4 ans dans ce restaurant gastronomique pour la même raison. Le service et l accueil était impeccable comme il se doit dans ce genre d établissement de renommée. Nous avons appréciés bien sûr les plats du chef la vichyssoise truffe blanche le foie gras poêlé le turbot le caneton et l excellent dessert praliné pour 2. L apéritif servi dans le jardin coupes champagne rosé et en extra nous avons choisi le caviar de Neuvic que nous avons découvert cet été à Martel délicieux. Déception sur ce caviar servi ici à température ambiance donc chaud et non sur un lit de glace comme il devrait être servi normalement . donc écoeurant. Un petit bémol sur la cuisson du caneton saigna...

We went there for dinner and did not regret the experience. The food was very good (not all dishes were at the same level, but most of them were great), the wine selection was excellent and the atmosphere of the place is amazing and relaxing. The prices are very correct for this type of kitchen, the staff is very professional and everything is done to ensure that you have a great evening. Vegans in the area, don't miss it!

Un nouveau passage au vieux logis après un gros détour sur la route pour y séjourner...Le menu surprise était excellent, plein de saveurs, et très copieux.Le service est très bon, et la cadre est juste sublime...S'il y avait un bémol : quel dommage de mettre des chaises en plastique à la teble d'un tel restaurant... sans cela tout est parfait !

Nous venons presque tous les ans dans ce restaurant, nous avions été déçus du service en 2015 donc nous avions passé notre tour en 2016. Cette année le service s'est amélioré, toujours pas à la hauteur des plats servis mais les serveurs sont de bonne volonté même s'il y a quelques fautes. Poursuivez vos efforts.
in this week sat for lunch and was again excellent. since 2005 they have been eating here and enjoying everyone visiting a few times a year. Unfortunately, since 2019 are no longer due to covid travel restrictions. the lunch in this week was excellent eating, service and experience. will be back soon.
Accueil et service irréprochables. Les amuse- bouches sont nombreux et variés. Plats principaux et entrées excellents. Un regret pour leurs accompagnements (trop) froids qui les déséquilibrent. La qualité et la cuisson du veau sont parfaites. On a apprécié les bons conseils du sommelier...
I had a wonderful vegan 7-course menu here. Usually in such cases the dessert is a sober affair, and the small amuses will skip the omnivores with coffee for the vegans. Not in this case! We felt vegan guests were treated just like others, and this is not common.

Annual visit for the tapas lunch. Food was as good as always and good value for the tasting menu. Beautiful place. Highly recommended.
