very good restaurant, French gastronomy with oriental twist (but really just a twist, not a fully fucked taste bud fireworks we liked the fact that the service was not high-tight, but we found it was a bit hurried (they get taken away as soon as they finish it is easy to suffocate, no harm in waiting a few minutes. the intimacy is sometimes broken by the children who speak on the phone when someone calls the restaurant, the manager with a string and high voice. the dishes also come very fast, which the 10 dishes menu takes about 2h30, but without a impression of length. the chef who will say hello at the end of dinner is an estimated touch.
Food, presentation and wine selection were good. However, service and ambiance were poor. We felt rushed and staff were very loud when the spoke to us and neighbors. Also the tv screen showing clips of the chef in the dining area did not add to the atmosphere.
Fabulous blend of Japanese and French haute cuisine merging delicate tastes in perfect portions to enjoy for lunch or dinner and accompanied by the right wine for each dish, whether by the glass, 1/2 bottle or full bottle.
incredible parts in the menu. never seen and tasted such a desert! the foam of homard and ris de veau were excellent. the smoked butter on the Wasabi chicken was a real surprise.
Great restaurant! I wife and I really enjoyed our set course menu. Everything was prepared with detail and perfection. We will definitely be back very soon!
