We had been strolling through the two-way market and the desire for a good cot took us not disappointed with this typical Parisian café atmosphere thanks to the adorable Cora for advising us on some very good dishes. we will return to the Philippe d’Armentieres
at the mile of the flea of Saint ouen in front of the central parking, this restaurant is convenient and cheap. Don't expect too much, it's okay without any more.
Some Parisian restaurantmakers would do well to take service and smile courses here.
