I dined here as part of a group of 7, and the whole experience was really excellent. The food combinations and flavours and textures were really well thought through and assembled, down to small details like pouring sauces at the table so the textures were crisp where they were planned to be. Every dish choice was excellent. The wine was lovely, although for the overall standard of the restaurant I’m surprised it wasn’t more extensive. The staff were very friendly, patient with us when we were delayed on arrival and helped with organising taxis the next day, plus very professional in their table service.
We have just had a fabulous meal at Le Yachtman. The service is friendly and attentive. We had a round table for four in charming and elegant surroundings. Although we only had the set lunch, well priced, there was great attention to detail in each dish. Simple ingredients, nicely presented, with delicious taste combinations. Also good wine by the glass. All in all, thoroughly to be recommended.
