The staff checked the bill before payment. We spent $600 on a family dinner only to find someone else's drinks added to our bill. The male employee behind the counter was unprofessional and blamed us for not checking the bill before payment. They claimed it was a mistake, which seemed unlikely given it wasn't a public holiday. We received two separate bills for different amounts and even had drinks from another table added to our bill. The management should improve their customer service training, especially for this male employee who lacks proper communication skills. Our experience at this restaurant was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The staff who served us were friendly and the food was good. However, despite this, I can only give it two stars due to the rude behavior of the manager. Customer service is key in the restaurant industry, and it is important for managers to know how to interact with customers. When I requested a refund for an item I did not order, the manager was unhelpful and even suggested that I could either keep the item or pay for it. This lack of understanding and patience drove me to frustration. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor management.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the garlic Cajun sauce with the seafood. We were fortunate to visit during a quiet time and received great service. I would definitely bring friends who haven't been here before. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I recommend trying the Mixed Seafood Bag and the Seafood Bag with Cajun Sauce. Lunch at this restaurant costs around A$120–140 per person.

This was not a great experience. It's unfortunate that the staff are clearly trained but unable to address customer concerns or handle simple problems, let alone be friendly to paying customers. Some menu items were not available and seemed overpriced for what was offered. Overall, very disappointing.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the service provided by Moey was also excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future. The overall rating for the service, food, and atmosphere is a 5 out of 5. This restaurant is perfect for a dine-in dinner experience.
