we found this place inadvertently while we were looking for a lunch break at 13:45 when most restaurants fini l’eau a la bouche greeted us, but we did not rush to lunch in France despite the late hour. the menu has a very extensive and...varied selection, but we went for simple grilled dorade. very nice it was also, perfectly cooked, without being dry, the fish flew at a hauch from the fork. the prices are very favorable in this quality, with fishing net, 2 wein and 2 coffees in the low 30s. I hope to return some time to explore the more adventurous dishes.
Salon-de-Provence is not one of the sexy Provencal villages/city. but it is the home of a rather excellent fish restaurant and shop l’eau a la bouche. lunchtime mainly, a completley fish menu (no steak here is the kitchen excellent, the weeping list big and...influencable, and the ambiente great. try the menu du jour at 23.50€, they will not be disappointed.
I shared a seafood plate with a friend. we took those with 52 euro and it was largely enough. the personal is very friendly and welcoming. they give you your time, do not come to disturb you all the time, but they make sure that. fill up the mayonnaise and the brot when they are empty. I will go back there when I am in salon de provence.
After the lands, it is with pleasure that we find a fish table in the sun. the menu of the day is very correct eight fish) but in the menus you get out the note spreads quickly. correct service but from last year a little just when the terrace is full
