Wir waren am Wochenende viel unterwegs und wollten uns abends in den Thermalbädern entspannen. Leider stand auf der Website, dass der Wasserbereich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist, was für uns bei der Buchung wichtig war. Vor Ort war dann plötzlich um 21:00 Uhr Schluss, was unseren Aufenthalt erheblich verkürzte, da wir aufgrund der Tagesausflüge normalerweise erst gegen 19:30 oder 20:00 Uhr im Hotel waren. Wir waren nicht in der Sauna, sondern nur im Wasserbecken, das zwar klein, aber in Ordnung war. Leider gab es zum Beispiel keinen Whirlpool oder Ähnliches, was für mich zu einem Wellnessbereich gehört. Unser Hauptproblem war jedoch die Wassertemperatur und die Kälte in der Halle. Die Wasser-Oase ist einfach nur SCHLECHT! 1. Mein 1,5-jähriger Sohn musste den vollen Preis zahlen, unverschämt! 2. Die Becken sind winzig, es gibt nur zwei... 3. Hygiene: Das Schwimmen in den Pools ist eine Zumutung, von der Pflasterung bis zu Verbänden und viel Dreck überall. 4. Rostige Heizkörper neben dem Pool. 5. Die Duschen für Männer – mindestens 4 Duschen sind defekt oder undicht, und die Schläuche sind einfach ekelhaft. 6. Die Schließfächer – 2 defekte Schränke etc. etc. Alles in allem die schlechtesten Thermen (wenn man dieses Planschbecken überhaupt als Therme bezeichnen kann), die ich je besucht habe! Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen! Auf keinen Fall!
Edit afterwards: everything was great, the saunas are the best in the region. My daughter also thinks everything is great in the bathing area. The fairly high entrance fees don 't seem to cover courtesy at the cash register when you have to explain that the wellness area is full. Could have read it everywhere . We waited 2 hours but that wasn 't even the problem. But after the afternoon shift was there, suddenly 10 places were free, although we would have only needed 2 with my daughter. There were constantly non-hotel guests coming out. Then all 8 waiting people could go in at once.
We were day guests in the small but fine thermal baths. The sauna area is really very comfortable. Staff totally nice. The only big drawback is the water temperature, unfortunately much too cold and of course it's not comfortable there. Inside and outside. A lot of visitors complained. I understand how to save money because of the energy crisis, but unfortunately our next visit will be to a different spa, since warm water is very important to me and my 4 friends. I'd rather pay 2 euros more and enjoy a nice day at the thermal baths.

Hello, I am a bather at Lebensquell!!! It would all be great if the bathers took their towels from the lounger with them, so that they could lie down after the sauna session The first impression is that you come in and every berth is occupied by a towel. You want to throw all the towels in a heap, or the person pays for the lounger for using the bathing visit. When I asked, I was told it's always like that. Sauna day with breakfast (package). Breakfast was great. Reserved table will be assigned. Friendly staff. Everything was great in the wellness area. Passing out cards half an hour before the infusion is a great idea. You can even choose whether you want to sit at the bottom, in the middle or at the top when the ticket is handed out. Great infusions. Nice friendly staff. We will be back.
Erster Besuch und leider vorerst auch der letzte. Der Außen- und Innenbereich sowie die Sauna sind total großartig, aber leider viel zu kalt. Sehr, sehr schade, besonders abends im Winter, wo der Außenbereich wirklich schön ist, aber viel zu kalt, um sich dort länger aufzuhalten.
