we were recommended by friends to try this restaurant that was opened less than a year by a young couple of faranda jerome. every aspekt of our lunch was excellent from the amuse bouche from makrele to the delightful mouth water miniature madeline. and short with our coffee / tee. they offer a lot of fixed Prix choices from 19 € to 35 € or a la cart. everything is made by the cook, even the small details like the honigeis with the desert served. for the net we had the kalbs that had been boiled in the soupen vide and then easily panfried. the vene was served with pumpkin, which were flavored with curcuma and celeriac.
