When I got there, they were out of orange chicken, and both the customer in front of me and the one behind me were also waiting for it. When the orange chicken was finally ready, the manager served the person in front of me first, then went on to the one behind me while I was still waiting for my meal. I mentioned that I was next in line, but he just told me to hold on and continued to help the other customer. This was not a great display of customer service.
The food here is absolutely delicious! I've been to this restaurant several times for their Chinese dishes, and I'm really impressed with their rewards program—it’s such a great bonus! The staff are friendly and very polite. I'm excited that the dining area is now open, letting me enjoy my meals in a wonderful atmosphere. It’s always clean and well-kept. Watching TV while savoring my Chinese food is a big plus! Keep up the fantastic work at Leeann Chin!
I usually enjoy Leeann Chin's, but I was quite disappointed with my order today. The children's lemon chicken arrived without any sauce, which made it dry and left some blackened areas on the crust. The potstickers were soggy and seemed to be spoiled. Even when the sauces were finally brought out, I still had to add something extra to make my meal enjoyable. On a positive note, the fried rice was the highlight of the meal.

I placed a curbside pickup order and called to inform them I had arrived. The employee who answered sounded robotic, almost like an automated system. When they asked for the name of the "victim," I was shocked and responded, "Excuse me?" After that, they finally spoke normally. This behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I believe the person's name was Daniel. I will not be returning.
I had a disappointing experience at Leeann Chin Inc. The staff was surprisingly rude, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It appeared there was a lack of gloves, as none of the food handlers were wearing them. On top of that, my order was incomplete—I’m still missing my rice and lemon sauce. I ordered 6 cream cheese puffs but only got 4. What’s going on?
The service was disappointing. The staff assumed I wanted fried rice and potstickers without me ordering them. When I tried to clarify my order, the employee was unhelpful and responded with a grunt. I also attempted to speak with the manager, but they were never available.

I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and have been waiting in the pickup area for 30 minutes. Nobody has come to ask why I'm here. This place really needs improvement; it's totally unacceptable.
