The orange chicken was out of stock, and both the customer in front of me and the one behind me were also waiting for it. When the orange chicken finally arrived, the manager served the customer in front of me first and then decided to help the customer who came in after me, ignoring my presence despite me being next in line. I mentioned that I was next, but he told me to wait while he assisted the other customer. This is not how good customer service should function.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I've been to this restaurant several times for their Chinese dishes, and I'm really impressed with their rewards program—it’s such a great bonus! The staff are friendly and very polite. I'm excited that the dining area is now open, letting me enjoy my meals in a wonderful atmosphere. It’s always clean and well-kept. I usually enjoy Leeann Chin's, but I was quite disappointed with my order today. The children's lemon chicken arrived without any sauce, which made it dry and left some blackened areas on the crust. The potstickers were soggy and seemed to be spoiled. Even when the sauces were finally brought out, I still had to add something extra to make my meal enjoyable. I placed a curbside pickup order and called to inform them I had arrived. The employee who answered sounded robotic, almost like an automated system. When they asked for the name of the "victim," I was shocked and responded, "Excuse me?" After that, they finally spoke normally. This behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I believe the person's name was Daniel. I will not be returning.
