I'm giving this place a 1-star rating because, while their food is good, the delivery experience is not acceptable. The delivery person refused to come upstairs and stayed in his car, only getting out to hand me the bag. He didn’t even approach my building! This is frustrating, as I pay for the convenience of having food delivered to my home, not to have to go out to the car. If that’s the case, what's the point of tipping? The delivery fee is already included, so it feels pointless. I just wish they would complete the job as expected.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The ribs were incredibly tough, much like leather, and clearly not cooked properly. The rice seemed stale and unappetizing. Both the water and lemonade were served at room temperature, and the cup for the lemonade had an unpleasant odor that resembled leftover food. The egg roll was as hard as a brick. I'm baffled by the high ratings on DoorDash; they differ significantly from the reviews on Yelp, which I wish I had checked before dining here.
Two stars because the delivery man would not grant the contact free delivery choice and leave it at my door and then had the nerve to get mad because I didn't tip. I had to get dressed and leave my apartment to get my food outside, and I was running late for work about to get in the shower. I ordered delivery for a reason, so no, you will not be getting a tip, sir
This is the best Chinese food in town! I come here almost twice a week! Don't believe the negative reviews; they're outdated—most are at least a year old! I absolutely love Chinese cuisine, and my favorites here are the General Tso's chicken and shrimp fried rice—they're the best! Everything else on the menu is also fantastic!

The food at this place is good. The only thing I do not like is that the delivery person does not come upstairs. I feel like it kind of defeats the delivery service if I have to come downstairs. Or maybe it's a me thing. That's the reason why I didn't do 5 stars, but again, the food is good. Never had an issue with it.
I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Do not order delivery from here! I waited for over an hour and a half for a single order, and I live just 4 minutes away from the restaurant! This is so unprofessional! No one wants food that has been sitting around for an hour and a half; I want fresh, hot food!
