Smoked farmer poultry, mustard vinaigrette, very successful poultry can of dombs in two cooks, the ultimate pink and icy cooked orange, pastilla thigh, seasonal vegetables very well cooked very creative. Pralined and citrus financier, excellent lemon sorbet even the pastry is at the height. We'll come back for sure.
