I took the 5-course menu and the proportions were pretty copyy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, we have a view of the kitchen that is open. Servers/servers are in small care. An exceptional service and a kitchen that deserves its star. In short, an experience full of emotion. The materialization of what we saw during the Top Chef course of Guillaume Pape. It's impressive.
