A heart attack! Already the name evokes travel... but not just taste buds. I went there, returned and turned back! It's fine, delicious, hearty, harmonious, balanced! Anyway! A real emulsion and explosion from the entrance to the dessert. The service is impeccable. The Chief is a Chief! Run!
I had lunch at Emulsion. The frame is very simple and quiet. The kitchen is very good, the dishes nicely presented. Little attention to aeros and coffee. It's good when, in some restaurants, there's no olive.
