Service with great care, the staff come to present their dishes while highlighting creative intelligence, respect for the seasons for the selection of foods but also men with the local origin of a very large part of what you taste. We took the discovery menu and were disappointed not to have had fish as planned in the second entry, without warning us. The dishes are well presented and good. Every person with a different dessert to two is going to share and taste his neighbor's but I think many of it can be complicated
We spent an excellent evening: a beautiful journey of flavors, wines chosen with perfect accompaniment, service performed by young apprentices very kind, delighted to share their passion. The chief served us his dessert himself. Bravo! I strongly recommend
