This restaurant is a hidden gem. From the outside, it may not look like much, and the neighborhood isn't the best, which can be misleading. However, the interior is much larger than it appears. The Peruvian cuisine is both delicious and authentic. I ordered the ribeye steak, which had quite a bit of fat, but that really enhanced the flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was served with white rice and mixed vegetables, and I also snacked on the crunchy roasted corn kernels they provided before the meal—definitely tasty! Overall, I had a wonderful time dining with my family and appreciated the food. However, there were a few things that could have been improved, particularly the leche de tigre, which I wouldn't recommend at this restaurant. It was served warm, and the onions were diced instead of julienned. I also tried the tallarines saltados con mariscos, which was just okay. On the plus side, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The jalea was a bit on the dry side and didn't come with enough salsa criolla. The servers were extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return, although I might skip the seafood next time.
As for the lomo, it was mostly fries and onions, with just a little bit of meat. I requested white rice, but it came with chaufa rice instead. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. The prices are too high for the small portions you receive. The only redeeming dish was the tostones, which were actually good. I'm really let down, especially after seeing all the positive reviews. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this experience compelled me to share.
The food is consistently excellent, but customer service is just as important. My sister and I ordered takeout, and unfortunately, the waitress who assisted us had a poor attitude. To make matters worse, she didn’t include any napkins or utensils in our bag. How were we supposed to eat our food? If you're not passionate about your job, maybe it's time to reconsider being in that role.

The best Leña in the area! The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is fantastic every single time. I've visited four other Leñas, but this one stands out above the rest. The Tallarines Verdes con Churrasco is exceptional! I highly recommend it!
This is our favorite restaurant to visit as a family. We appreciate the excellent service, as they always treat us like family. The atmosphere is vibrant and uplifting, and the playlist mainly features Hispanic hits and Peruvian music.
I was asked to get my own high chair and had to get up twice to request an extra plate and some sauces. They added a 15% gratuity without any prior notice. I regret choosing this place; it's no surprise that it was so empty.
