We were attracted to this restaurant after reading the reviews about you. I called in the morning for a table in the evening. I was offered the kitchen counter. I admit I had a little disappointment. On the contrary, we had the best table with a view of the kitchen and cooks. I was impressed by the mastery of culinary technique and the scrupulous respect of hygiene. The dishes were exceptional: fresh and quality products, exquisite and original taste blends. We were even served directly by the chief. Congratulations to the whole team, we had a great night and we'll be back.

We love this kitchen and the nice atmosphere. products are of quality, tasty and always with a "basque" note. There is no flat, from the entrance to the dessert, with always delicious sweet mouths and sweet mignardises.Four stays in biarritz are always very pleasant, but this restaurant adds a ray of sun!
