Mussels has cream and summer truffle all sprinkled with parmesan. It was delicious. This week I'm taking the same cocoon... This time has the image of the cocoon in the curry last week... The cream was very widely diluted in the water (happily the truffle is a strong mushroom in the taste) when at the parmesan... I always look for it... When you see it, you understand why the restaurant in front of the street is full
I expected a lot better, I'm a fan of mussels. I was disappointed with the sea mussels! I've known a lot better. The cocktails served have no presentation. For taking a virgin mojito, I regret my choice because this one was just bitter, I had to ask the waitress to add me sugar. I'm not coming back, unfortunately.
