It was a nice Saturday afternoon and we thought we would stop here and have a drink. There is a nice outside area which was partially full. There was a staff member outside but she wasn't keen on us sitting out there and initially offered...us a table inside. We said we'd prefer to be sat in the sun, and she let us sit down. We didn't have to wait too long before she came over with some menus, but after that the service really slowed up. We didn't mind too much, since it was a nice sunny afternoon, but on another day, it would have been a little irritating, especially as there were plenty of staff around, and they weren't that busy. It's been a while since we last dined here, we hadn't booked and were hoping they had a table available, They were very busy but managed to find us a table. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Drinks and food orders were taken promptly...and served quickly too. Couldn't fault anything. The food service we excellent. Seemed to have a really good team spirit in a very busy environment. Well worth a visit, would recommend you ring and book first though.
This is our second visit here after Uni Graduations, we had a fantastic time, the staff really looked after us before/ during and after our meal. The food was piping hot, fresh and tasty, no complaints at all, we moved outside for drinks and a...catch up, all in all a fabulous day. Hope to visit you again perhaps when she achieves her PHD. Where do we start: Friendly staff, cannot do enough for you. Food was exceptional, there were 8 of us and we had a good mixture, fish and chips, burger, stroganoff, lasagne...all superbly cooked and well presented. We discovered this hidden gem on Google. We were in search of a quick bite before heading to a comedy club and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The food was delicious and the lemon melisse sundae was outstanding. The service was personal, polite, and efficient. This is now our go-to spot when dining in Hull.
We recently visited Leonardo's again. We enjoyed sitting outside in the nice weather, and were pleased to find that our dogs were also welcomed. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. We always look forward to visiting Leonardo's whenever we are in Hull.
We called in without a reservation and the staff were brilliant trying to get us a table quickly, the food was fabulous, the restaurant was clean and the staff were very attentive, will definitely be going again soon

We had an amazing meal at Books Leonardos. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. Everything about our experience was top-notch. Thank you to everyone for making it a perfect day.
