Place has pretty good food but they closed early the other day and didn’t shut their online ordering off. So I placed an order and went to pick up and they were closed. Tried to call and their VM is full lol So had to message on FB to get a refund, in which they responded and said they would process the next day. A week went by and nothing, so reached out again via FB. Now we’re informed they need all this info to refund the order. LOL your company should have processed a refund for any order than came in after you closed early. It’s very unprofessional that I have to reach out multiple times to get my money back after it was just taken.
Sometimes the food is great and sometimes the food is terrible. Not my first choice to go eat. Parking: A ton of room to park and very easy to maneuver. Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant. Very kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Both doors open up wide for any wheel chair to fit in. Ramp leading to the door. Lots of room inside for a when chair as well. Service: Dine in
