A very beautiful discovery and a widely deserved star! A magnificent setting from the arrival to the abbey and a cosy and warm restaurant room. Home and service in a professional room without being guinded. We feel a good team spirit, as evidenced by the menu on which is mentioned not only the Chef (it is classic), but the whole of his brigade, as well as the Master of Hotel and his team. It's rare and it deserves to be emphasized. Choice of the Equinoxe Discovery Menu (in 5 services at noon), with a succession of fine and original dishes, in a beautiful progression for the pleasure of eyes and taste buds. Finally, coffee in the cloitre to enjoy this other place of the abbey. We will not say...
We were able to discover this magnificent restaurant thanks to a nice gift, and we were not disappointed! The service was really superb, the waiters and waitresses were really friendly and professional. The meal was delicious, we had the equinox menu in 7 acts, everything was superb. (I admit to having a small complaint because we asked to remove the seafood and we had a dish with an oyster... fortunately the fish on the side was delicious. We stayed there for almost 4 hours and yet the time passed very quickly because we had a great time. We will return to try the abbey brasserie because the epicurean's budget remains quite high. thank you for your welcome
The places are beautiful. You're taken from the entrance... I spent a wonderful stay there. Aperitif on the terrace on Thursday evening with a Jazzy atmosphere around the pool, a dinner at the star restaurant The EPICURIEN The dishes, the flavors the service was perfect, very beautiful discovery. The whole team was at the Top, thanks to Laura, Hotel Master and the Chef, Aymeric DEPOGNY. On the hotel side, very nice room, very clean. Quality litter. Nice welcome. And finally, the next afternoon, I had lunch on the brewery side, nothing to say, thanks again to all the very professional staff. Stay without a false note. See you soon...
Excellent. The framework that has been completely rebuilt is really of quality. Aperitif on sun terrace near the very pleasant pool with servers in small care. Dinner at the gourmet brewery. Very good service, very good cuisine and good advice from sommelier. The industrial setting radically changes the old restaurant
