This is an unpretentious father and daughter run bistro style restaurant, located within the supermarket complex of Simply Market in the small town of Luneray. Don 't be put off by the location, as once inside, you would not know you were in a shopping environment. The chef, Francois Dubosq is a very talented cook. He genuinely understands food and is very passionate about the dishes that he produces. The home produced 'foie gras ' is the best that I have ever had! And at prices, well below those of most other restaurants. Rachel, his daughter, extends a very warm welcome to all guests (speaks English), and runs the restaurant with great energy and enthusiasm. It's always a pleasure to come to the Epidemic! Various dishes and homemade dishes always delicious! All this with a very good welcome.
Obviously they have a primo location with Duquesne University as well as PPG Arena being right thereHowever, the food is lacking.
Very good experience and very good reception. The meal was delicious from the entrance of the desert for a very affordable price.
