Visited July 22. While passing through Les Estables, we chose this very pretty looking restaurant on the central square of the village. The restaurant calls itself a beef restaurant. There are only two dishes offered on the menu for this evening: beef couscous and merguez and Thai-style tataki. We find the choice limited and quite unusual for a country village like Les Estables. Certainly the restaurant offers an innovative concept by offering to eat all parts of the beef in order to fight against waste. There is no “classic” meat and we had to take a charcuterie board for €19.50 A good meat eater doesn't expect those. A qualitative board certainly but too little filled for the price. Finall...
