Lunch on weekdays based on input/dish/ dessert. a reading makes you want, my choice focused on the foie gras: very good on the other hand I left the sauce spoon with violet mustard too present for me on a foie gras. then black back, small spelt and finely cut fennel to the perfect mandolin. And an excellent coffee dessert. efficient and warm service.
